Mahindra & Mahindra has brought a surprise special edition of its bestselling vehicle Bolero in which the major addition is equipment of Antilock Braking System (ABS) at rear. Further, this new variant also contains few other comfort features at inside as well as outside. As per the reports, company has come with limited production of only 500 units of this new special edition of Bolero.

Price:

While the ongoing variants of Bolero carries the price tag between 5.43-7.53 lakhs, this new special edition is costlier among all and costs at 7.87 lakhs.

Engine details:

Bolero’s special edition is powered by same 2523cc, 2.5 liter m2DiCR diesel engine like the other ongoing trims which is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission gear box and develops the max power of 62.09bhp and peak torque of 195Nm.

Space & Dimension:

It’s a muscular SUV which is 4107mm long, 1745mm wide and 1880mm tall and carries the wheelbase of 2680mm and impressive ground clearance of 180mm.

Interior & Exterior:

The Special Edition of Bolero is available only with a new pearl white paint at outside with sporty new decals reflecting its muscular stance even more. Other than this, blue vision headlamps, music system with Bluetooth connectivity and luxurious European leather interiors are some noticeable features on the name of newly addition.

The important and major addition of this special edition Bolero is in its safety term which now including ABS (Antilock braking system) at rear, responsible to provide a balanced braking and handling to the powerful Bolero.

Verdict:

M&M is one of the largest car manufacturers of India and serving here since long and in this same queue, the Bolero has become its one of the bestselling model. Though, Bolero is really a tough SUV with powerful body but now company should refine its engine too by providing it impressive power n torque.
