Honda has launched a special edition of its popular sedan car, the city called as City Edge edition priced at INR 9.75 Lakh for petrol variant and INR 11.10 Lakh for diesel variant. City Edge is the most affordable version of diesel powered City and the second-to-base variant of the petrol powered sedan. Check out what is new in the car.
The new added features include a special edition emblem, reverse parking camera with display on IRVM for easy parking, rear parking sensors whereas the other City variant has 15-inch diamond cut alloy wheels.
The collective cost of the added equipment on offer is expected to be over Rs 30,000.
Expect the additions the rest of the features remain same to that of SV variant. It comes with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, day/night IRVM, LED DRLs, automatic climate control with rear vents, , Isofix seat anchors, cruise control and an integrated music system. Some other key features include electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, height adjustable driver seat and tilt adjustable steering.
The car might get a 1.5 litre petrol or 1.5 litre diesel engine. The petrol variant is available with a 5-speed MT and a 7 speed CVT, whereas the diesel city gets a 6 MT only. As the Edge edition is based on the SV variant it only gets manual gearbox.
The car will rival Hyundai Verna, Toyota Yaris and Maruti Ciaz.
