Ford gives first look at New Fiesta for India at 12th Auto Expo 2014. The all-new Fiesta 2014 gets major change in its styling and glimpse while the mechanical powers are remained unchanged. Ford’s this mid-sized sedan somehow disappoints in terms of sales even after reducing the price by company. Hopefully, this new styled Fiesta will hike this graph of sale than earlier. It is expected to launch sometime in 2015.

Engine details:
It will continue with the same engines like its predecessor which are a 1.5 liter inline 4-cylinder DOHC petrol and 1.5 liter inline 4-cylinder SOHC diesel engines. While the petrol unit is good to develop the max output of 79.89bhp and140Nm, its diesel unit produces 66.08bhp and 204Nm. Also, diesel fuel is mated with a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox but contrary, the petrol unit also consists of a 6-speed automatic transmission along with the 5-speed manual.
As per the fuel efficiency is concerned, this facelift mid-sized sedan Fiesta offers an impressive ARAI certified mileage figures of 16.86 km/l in petrol manual while 16.97 km/l in petrol automatic and 23.50 km/l in diesel.

This five seater sedan is 4291mm long, 1722mm wide and 1496mm tall which also comprises the wheelbase of 2489mm, car boot of 430 liters and ground clearance of 156mm.
Interior & Exterior:
The all-new updated Fiesta gets a new bold design with a new trapezoidal shaped front grille based on the Aston Martin inspired design touch, new headlamps in laser cut style, refined bonnet, modified n larger tail lamps, a new deck lid, bumper fascia with chrome accent along with few more revisions making this sedan more attractive than before.
Contrary, its interior gets slightly updations which include all-new seat fabric, refined instrument panel with dual tone scheme, a satin-chrome finish on the dashboard and Ford SYNC connectivity with AppLink for smart phones etc.
