Mercedes-Benz Maybach S600 Guard View

Breaking its previous records, Mercedes-Benz has launched its costliest offering ever in India S6000 guard at a Jaw dropping price of Rs. 10.50 crores (ex-showroom Delhi). This is the second model out of the 12 that the carmaker has planned to launch for the Indian market in 2016. The S600 guard is the first non military vehicle to offer highest battalion VR10 and blast protection. The costliest and probably the safest vehicle will lock its horns with recently launched Audi A8 L security and BMW 760i high security.

Engine Details:

Under the hood is a gigantic 6.0 litre v12 twin turbo engine that churns out max output of 523bhp and 830Nm of high torque. Sending power to all wheels, it is paired to a 7G-tronic automatic gearbox. Despite being 4.7 tonne heavy, the car can make 0-100km sprint in just 8 seconds with a top speed of 190km/hr. Thanks to Michelin run flat tyres, it can operate with zero pressure up to 30kms at a max speed of 30km/hr.

Exterior:

The Maybach S600 guard looks like an elongated version of the standard S- class thanks to 207mm of wheelbase. Overall, design is similar to the S-class but the structure is far more rigid due to extensive use of thick materials all around. The beast comes with special steel for the bonnet steals, seals between glass and doors and bonnet seals.
