Maruti Suzuki has launched another limited edition of Alto K10 in India called Alto K10 Plus. Available in the top Vxi trim, the special edition comes with 10 additional features to make it more desirable. The K10 Plus edition starts at Rs. 3.40 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) while standard Alto cost at Rs. 3.27 lakh. No mechanical alterations have been made to K10 plus so it continues to get power from a 1.0l petrol engine.
Speaking of the new changes, it gets new chrome beltline, body colored door handles and ORVMs, rear spoiler, chrome garnished wheel arches and rear spoiler. The other new features include front windows, central locking, piano finished centre console housing the audio system and reverse parking sensors.
At tape, it remains same at 3545mm in length, 1515mm in width, 1475mm in height and rides on wheelbase of 2360mm. Just as you know, K10 is available in eight variants and six colors. It is also available with factory-fitted CNG kit priced at Rs. 4.06 Lakhs (ex showroom, Delhi).
As said there are no mechanical changes, it continues to be powered by a peppy 1.0l K-series petrol engine that makes 68PS power@6000rpm and 90Nm of torque@3500rpm. The engine is linked to a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. It is claimed to deliver an ARAI mileage of 24.07 Kmpl.
