Mahindra has introduced a new top variant of TUV300 in India at a sticker price of Rs. 9.75 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Badged as T10, it will be available in both manual as well AMT version. In addition, it comes in dual colour body tone and four variants i.e. T10, T10 AMT, T10 Dual Tone, and T10 Dual Tone AMT. The TUV300 is now available in a new Pearl White paint shade along with dual tone colour option.
The SUV flaunts cosmetic changes both outside and inside. As far as changes go, T10 gets new 7-slate black chrome grille, new smoked headlamps, fog lamps enclosure, metallic grey roof rails, rear spoiler, and tailgate-mounted the spare wheel. The 15-inch alloy wheels are also finished in the metallic grey finish.
On the inside, changes include an upgraded 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Mahindra blue sense app, Image playback, USB video, navigation and maps from MapmyIndia. It also comes with faux leather upholstery, driver information display, electric ORVMs, multi-functional steering wheel with audio controls, height adjustable driver’s seat, reverse assist, front armrest and voice messaging system.
Safety segment is taken care by dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child seat, reverse parking assist and digital engine immobilizer.
Mechanically, the TUV 300 remains unchanged. It is powered by the same 1.5l mHawk100 diesel engine that makes 100bhp power@3750rpm and 240Nm of high torque@1600-2800rpm. It is available with an option of 5-speed manual or a5-speed AMT gearbox. Besides, Mahindra is also preparing the long wheelbase version of TUV300 called as TUV300 Plus which will feature a three-row seating configuration.
