To commemorate our nation’s 70glorious years of Independence, Mahindra has launched a new Green Bronze color shade for the compact SUV TUV300. The new paint scheme is available across all the trims without any additional cost. Apart from new color addition, TUV300 doesn’t sport any cosmetic, interior or mechanical change. Also the new color will be available only on made to order basis.
Apart from Green Bronze shade, the ‘battle tank’ aka TUV300 is also available in Dynamo red, molten orange, bold black, verve blue, majestic silver and glacier white colors. This color which is mainly used by our Army gives the TUV300 even rugged and tougher feel. Also, this color is the same which was first seen at the launch event but was never a part of range of colors up till now.
In May this year, Mahindra TUV300 updated with NuvoSport powered 1.5l mHwak100 turbo engine that puts out 100bhp power and 240Nm of torque which gets 20bhp and 10Nm increment over the standard engine. It is linked to a 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox. The 1.5l mHawk 80 engine delivers 82bhp power and 230Nm of torque.
Priced between Rs. 7.38 lakh to Rs. 9.73 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), the car is not only handles well on every kind of road condition but also rich on space making it a great value for money preposition in its segment. Mahindra’s sub 4m segment has three offerings- TUV300, NuvoSport and KUV100 but soon it will be expanded when baby Bolero will be launched soon. KUV100 is only vehicle in the entire line up to feature with petrol engine but from 2018 onwards Mahindra will offer a petrol variant in all its products.
