Exterior and Interior

For aesthetics the mu-X looks sharper and smarter than before. Talking about the changes in sheet metal there is nothing different. The updated version of the facelift gets a redesigned front bumper, and grille. The car this time gets a twin-spoke alloy wheel that comes as a size up when compared to the 17-inch units offered in the previous model. The vehicle also has LED lighting new bi-LED projector headlamps, integrated daytime running lamps (DRLs) and tail lamps with LED elements as well. For inside there is no changes to dashboard but there is new chrome and piano-black inserts along with additional soft-touch materials. The car also has many features on offer like six-way electrically adjustable driver seat, auto climate control, electrically adjustable and fold-able ORVMs with turn indicators, push-button start, tilt adjustable steering, day/night IRVM and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The updated version of the Isuzu mu-X Facelift gets 5 years warranty and 5 years free periodic maintenance.

Engine Details

The updated mu-X facelift continues to draw power from the same 3.0-litre diesel engine as earlier. It makes 177PS power and 380Nm torque with being mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. The car is also available with both 2WD and 4WD options.

Safety

The car for safety features has six airbags, ESC, TC, hill start assist, descent control and Isofix child seat anchors.

Price

The price for the Isuzu mu-X facelift is 26.26 lakh INR for the 4X2 AT and 28.22 lakh INR for the 4X4 AT version.
