Hyundai is planning to debut the three door version of i20 named as i20 coupe along with the regular hatchback model. Hyundai has launched new version of i20 as Elite i20 in India and has tasted quite a bit success in its initial phase in India grabbing over 15,000 booking in just over 12 days. Hyundai is now coming with 2015 i20 aka Hyundai i20 coupe which is the three door model. It will be showcased in Paris motor show next month and expected to be in the market for sale next year. Hyundai says, “The new model promises to combine driving fun, a distinctive character and sporty refinement, with the enhanced practicality and quality which is already previewed in its five-door sibling”. Sketch obviously not portray an exact image of coupe i20 some changes will take place, but Hyundai’s point through sketch is to give us outlook of what Hyundai has in mind; they specially want to showcase the sportiness of coupe i20 through sketch. The sketch also shows that the three door coupe i20 will be distinguish from five door i20. It will feature sharper roof spoiler and raked roofline. According to picture, rear gets sportier with sculpted rear bumper, shallow and trendy taillights. Side gets big blazing wheels. Hyundai i20 coupe will be designed and produced simultaneously with five door model at Hyundai’s motor design centre Russelsheim, Germany. The car is expected to feature its performance signifying ‘N’ badge. Besides sketch no further detail has been revealed yet, we’ll wait for the Paris motor show to explore more about Hyundai coupe i20.
