The Italian Supercar maker ‘Lamborghini’ has announced a special Lamborghini Aventador edition in order to celebrate its tie up with Pirelli tyres. Lamborghini and Pirelli tyres are in partnership since 1963, So Italian car maker decided to celebrate this long lasting and historic partnership by unveiling the Aventador limited edition.
Lamborghini Aventador Pirelli edition will be available in both roadster and coupe body styles and it will be in limited numbers which is now available to order now from dealers so it can be delivered by summer 2015. The pricing strategy has not been disclosed yet but we expect price to be slight higher than the standard model.
Things which distinguish this limited edition from the standard model are a number of exclusive features like the body paint of this limited edition will be a dual tone with two options. First one is matte black finish for engine bonnet, roof, side pillars, ORVM’s, front, side and rear air dams in contrast with six lustrous finishes for the rest of the body and the six colors are- Grigio alter, Grigio liqueo, Nero Aldebaran, Bianco Isis, Rosso Mars and Giallo Spica.
The second option includes Matte glossy black only for the roof and air intakes in contrast with four silky finishes for the rest of exterior part which includes- Bianco Canopus, Nero Nemesis, Grigio Adamas and Grigio titans. Both the options will have a thin red stripes all along the roof, air intakes, rear view mirrors and on tyres plus Pirelli P tyres with red logo.
Apart from that exterior of this limited edition will have carbon shade engine compartment and glossy black 20/21” trims.
On the inside this limited edition will get Alcantara upholstery with red stitching carrying Lamborghini and Pirelli crests. Door panels and seat sides get leather touch and each car will have Pirelli Special series inside.
Limited edition Lamborghini Aventador will carry the same engine of Aventador LP 700-4. This limited edition to get power from 6.5L V-12 engine producing power of 691PS and it will sprint 0-100 km in just 2.9 seconds with the top speed of 349 km/hr.
