A Solid Car: Volkswagen cars are well known for its build quality and robust structure, a user is confirming this statement furthermore by saying,” Vento has sheer solidity and stout structure which its competitor cars certainly lack, Vento is a prime example of beauty in simplicity”.
Professional and neat design: Many of the users are impressed by its simple and conventional looking design, some found it neat, professional and some found it a clean looking car.
Dislikes:
Limited feature list: As per one user, New Vento lacks long list of features which cars like Verna, Honda City and even new born baby Ciaz has more than German Giant Vento. A good car is hammered by restricted feature list which fails to catch many buyers.
Horrified Service: One of the user recently bought the new Vento and faced an initial problem so he went to authorized dealer to rectify the fault but he didn’t get any solution from them and shared his experience, “ I faced overheating issue but its service center have not done anything despite of keeping my car for 10 days”.
Similar and boring exterior design: Some of the users found the design neat and clean while some found it dull. People who have test driven it have reversed their decision of buying Vento when they found that no change has been made to the exterior profile of new Vento. Some said Ciaz, City and Verna are way better looking car than new Vento.
High Ownership and maintenance Cost: As per one user, New Vento has initial ownership cost and hard to maintain so it’s automatically dents your pocket and low mileage makes things even worse. Verna and City has far better overall package than new Vento.
