Tata GenX Nano has been launched in India in the price domain of Rs. 1.99-2.89 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) and gets an AMT and lots of cosmetic changes. With the introduction of AMT, Nano GenX is now the cheapest automatic car in India. The basic shape of GenX Nano is same as the previous generation Nano series but it’s the features that distinguish it from previous generation Nano.
Major cosmetic changes include new head lamps, new grille, bumper, openable boot lid, new steering wheel and new color shade options.
Keeping in mind the specific audience, Tata motors has showcased GenX Nano with number of accessories such as bumper extensions, white decal lines for exterior, colored ORVMs, colored alloys, Sunroof, first in class colored alloy wheels, different color combos for interiors. There are around 21 color combinations for exterior and interior that is available on order only.
The additional accessories would also have some additional cost apart from the price of the variant and here is the full list of genuine accessories along with their prices:-

Some of the above mentioned accessories are quite useful like sunroof, portable navigation device while some of them are really unnecessary like body kit, decals, vacuum cleaner etc. It would be interesting see if these accessories have a positive impact on the sales of GenX Nano or not.
