The Festive season will witness the launch of Renault’s top selling car Duster’s new version. Renault’s compact SUV will be launched in September just prior to Diwali. It will not be the Duster’s facelift version; rather it will be called as Duster 4×4 which is mated with all wheel drive. New Renault is going to be the most expensive SUV of Renault, might come with the price tag of Rs. 12 lakhs which is approximately 1 lakh costlier than Top variant of Duster RxZ.
Renault Duster 4×4 will be mated with same K9K engine with only one variant this time i.e. Diesel. 1.5L engine will be motorized with 108.5BHP power @3900 rpm and 240nm Torque at 2250 rpm which will be powered with 6 speed manual transmission. Though it is all wheel drive but the driver will have 3 options which are two wheel drive high, four wheel drive low and four wheel drive high.
The new Renault duster comes with features one could except from a SUV like steering mounted controls, Touchscreen infotainment system, 2 Din Music system, Rear A/C vents and keyless entry.
Car also carries top class safety features like Dual SRS airbags, Rear parking cameras, ABS with EBD, emergency brake etc. 4×4 Renault will take on Tata safari strome 4×4 and Mahindra Scorpio4×4.
