The facelift Innova with MPV badge has made its debut in the car market on 5th October 2013. Users seem to be very excited with this new launch due to the brand’s reliability and the success of predecessor Innova. Being a new launch, it was difficult to get its bunch of users but still we managed to talk with 2-3 people who have bought this facelift Innova in festive season and took their opinion about this new MPV.
Price:
According to one of my friend, it is little bit costlier than other cars in same segment but still the reason behind its buying is its reliable brand, Innova’s performance history and premium features availability. It has price range between 12.46-15.07 lakhs.
Engine & performance:
As it is equipped with 2.5 liter diesel engine mated with 5-speed manual transmission gearbox along with max output of 102bhp and 200Nm, provides a smooth and comfortable handling on road at first. Instead of its bigger size, it offers a nice turning radius of 5.4 m which performs so well even in cramped area. The produced torque along with soothing gearshifts have tendency to provide better drivability and attract its users.
Interior & Exterior:
Being a Toyota’s model, it is armed with premium features at inside as well as outside. It is a spacious MPV having comfortable legroom for passengers at front and rear. It offers comparatively larger boot space and can be used as a commercial vehicle. In comparison to other same segment cars, it looks more trendy and classy.
Car Zoom’s take:
Though this review is according to just 2-3 users but still we can say that reputed brand image plays a crucial role in car selection. Toyota’s reliable image and Innova’s success and its excellent after sale services are some of those reasons which are influencing the people for buying it. But still company should pay attention towards its price to sale it on a large scale. We would be back soon with a detailed user review, stay tuned here till then.
