Maruti Suzuki India has launched a new limited edition of its Swift Hatchback called as Swift Windsong edition. This new limited edition will be available only in VXI variant at the price of Rs. 5.14 lakh and VDI variant for Rs. 6.10 lakh, both the prices are ex-showroom Delhi. Windsong Edition was first showcased at ‘Windsong music festival Lonavala and Maruti Suzuki will be producing only 100 units of this limited edition.

This limited edition is available only in Pearl White body paint option only and it feature some exterior changes like:-
- Bright Yellow grey Windsong graphics and musical decals
- Rear Spoiler in white shade
- Front-Rear Mud flaps
- Rear parking sensors with display assistance
- Black Stripes on the bonnet, boot lid and rear bumper
New Interior equipments:-
- Yellow and Black shade contrasting seat covers and steering wheel
- Ambient interior lighting
- New Sony touchscreen infotainment system with CD/DVD/Bluetooth/USB and reverse parking assistance, SIRI eyes free control for I-phone and Swift Vibe EQ mode
- Swift badge floor mats
- Illuminated door sill guard with Swift embedded on it
Mechanically this limited edition remains unaltered to the standard swift hatchback model; it continues to get power from 1.2L K series VTVT petrol engine that produces 83.2bhp power@6000rpm and 115Nm torque@4000rpm with the mileage of 20.4 km/l while 1.3L DDis diesel engine develops 74bhp power@4000rpm and 190Nm torque@2000rpm with the fuel efficiency of 25.2 km/l. Both the engines are mated to 5 speed manual gearbox.
