Maruti, the largest car manufacturer in the country has recently launched Updated Swift and Ciaz sedan is now planning a Dzire upgraded version by December 2014 or January 2015. Maruti India will first launch the Alto K10 during 1 week of November; it has been a bust year for Maruti Suzuki and fruitful too because according J. D power CSI report Maruti is ranked No. 1 in customer satisfaction.
Maruti refreshed Swift received only few updations on the outside but this will not be the case in Dzire updated Version. Swift only received updations in the form of front grille, new wheel cover and reverse parking sensors.
Updated Dzire will witness more aggressive front look in the form of large chrome grille with big Maruti’s logo at the centre, redesigned bumper with new designed air dam furnished by chrome accents. Headlamps also gets retouched which are now looking different and darker in shade, fog lamps also encircled by chrome enclosures.
Side profile of Updated Dzire also get changes in the form of new alloy wheels and keyless entry button on the door handles. Rear profile of updated Dzire will remain same with some minor tweaks like reverse parking sensors etc. Dzire also expected to come in some new shades like updated Swift, probably boost blue metallic.
On the inside updated Dzire will become more feature rich like Multi function steering wheel, electrically adjusted ORVM’s, premium upholstery, updated audio system with 6 speaker surround system, bluetooth and I-pod connectivity, electrically adjusted front seats and probably lager boot.
Mechanically, Dzire will continue to get power from 1.2L K series petrol and 1.3L Multijet Diesel engines, like Swift Hatch Dzire will also get decrease in power in order to get 10 percent hike in fuel efficiency.
Price of Updated Dzire to remain between the price range of Rs. 5 to 8 lakh and it will take on Honda Amaze, Hyundai Xcent, Tata Zest and 2015 Ford Figo Sedan.
