There is no major difference between the new Honda WR-V Edge edition and its standard variant but this new car will set itself as a new mid position on the WR-V product spectrum. It is also said to be based on the S-Trim with some additional kit. The SUV comes with additional features like new five-spoke alloy rims, and they even get an additional powder coat for 4,000 INR. Engine Details
Mechanically there are not many changes in the Edge edition and the standard variant. It still has the diesel version that runs on a 1.5 liter 100 hp diesel motor and it still makes use of the same 1.2 liters 90 hp petrol motor. Both of them are again mated to a five-speed manual. The Edge edition is 20,000 INR costlier than the previous base S trim and is even a lakh less than the next top-of-the-line VX trim.
Exterior and Interior
This new edition gets the much needed rear parking sensor and rear-view camera display integrated into the rear-view mirror as its additional feature. It also gets the Connect App as the standard for mobile connectivity. On the outside, the major change is the addition of new five-spoke 16-inch alloy wheels.
Price
This new Honda WR-V Edge Edition is priced at 8.01 lakh INR. It costs 23,000 INR costlier than the regular S variant. You can also opt for a white orchid pearl finish too that costs you 4,000 INR more. The WR-V Edge Edition petrol costs 8,01,017 INR while the diesel version costs 9,04,683 INR.
