So, the New 2014 BMW X5 is finally here with much vow about it already. The car is not available on regular sales but the company has started taking bookings for this SUV along with a test vehicle provided for their elite customers to come and experience the newness in this car. So, beginning with our user review section, we took a tour to the BMW showroom around the city to gather the most important factor for success of any car, customer response and satisfaction. And here’s what we managed to gather about this car from the people who booked it, the people who are looking forward to it and also from the people who are BMW customers already and were there to see if it is any better a BMW than their’s.

1. This car looks better than ever in the whole BMW lot.
One of the existing customers of BMW, who already owns a 2011 BMW X5 was here to see what this new X5 feels like and we were pretty convinced by his excitement that this new car has really impressed him. And not just him, most of the people there felt the facelift to be really commendable by BMW people and that it now looks complete to compliment other fresh BMW fleet members, which now seems more charming, eye-candy and beautifully maiden. We hope the guy is tempted to buy this one already
2. Impressive engine feels
The people who test drove it, were thrilled and fun filled with its massive engine appeal and sound notes, despite the diesel sound, this car, as one of its young spectator claimed, has grunt to put most of the petrol cars on shame and delivery of this immense power felt just accurate to his feet.
3. Mileage and Handling
Whatever might experts say, whatever might critiques say, a real expert always remains the customer, who had certainly passed this vehicle in their tests for handling and a guy, who now officially owns it says”, I don’t know what experts say about this vehicle, it couldn’t have been better than this for me to drive such a huge vehicle with such an ease, thanks a lot BMW’’.
Apart from that, where its other competitors can’t break the claim limit set for mileage, this car has certainly mesmerized people with its best in class efficiency factor. Gulps like a drunkard though, when pulled hard but that’s justified.
4. Interiors are unmatched
While this vehicle is going gaga amongst customers, one of the BMW employees was there who was presenting the car to the customers who exclaims in rejoice that BMW has finally achieved German levels of creature comforts which were always said to be a drawback in them despite better driving and safety dynamics. And one of the ladies, who was there to book this car along with her family seemed pretty happy with the overall space, loading area and interior comforts offered in the car. And a fully loaded BMW trim is the one people throwing their money on.
Dislikes
1. The V8 petrol variant will be missed
The very same guy with the existing BMW X5, felt that a V8 petrol with its chart topping power and performance would be missed and is going to be an upsetting remark for many BMW enthusiasts. Even a diesel V8 like in Audi Q7 could have worked because it would have been more refined than their, he felt like.
2. Steering feels hard
As we said, customers are no less than experts and hence, one of them was pretty precise about his driving machine saying the steering feels tight most of the time, stays in control though. Which can be a little arm numbing in the zigzag city driving conditions.
End Verdict
Taking helpful inputs from the customers, we feel this car is really a hot cake, and if endorsed rightly in the market, then it’s going to be selling in numbers. Customers and speculators feel all satisfied with this vehicle though.
