To commemorate 10 successful years of Indian Operations and to attract more buyers during the approaching festive season Audi has launched design special editions of A6 and Q7 in India priced at Rs. 56.78 lakh and Rs. 81.99 lakh (both ex-showroom Delhi) respectively. The special editions come with some additional features and new alloy wheels to distinguish it from the standard cars. The A6 will take on Jaguar XF, Volvo S90 and BMW 5-series while Q7 SUV will take on Volvo XC90 and Mercedes-Benz GLS.
Audi A6 design edition comes with new Audi Smartphone Surface, door puddle projection lamps with Audi logo in front and rear, rear entertainment systems and new 19-inch cast aluminium 5-spoke alloy wheels. Besides, standard features on A6 includes rain sensor, Matrix LED headlights, glass sunroof, body coloured ORVMs with electric folding and anti glare with memory functions, LED rear lights, S line package etc. The Audi A6 is powered by a 2.0l diesel engine that makes 190bhp of max power and 400Nm of torque. Linked to a 7-speed S-Tronic auto gearbox, the sedan can sprint to 100 km/hr in just 8.4 seconds.
Changes on the Q7 includes Smoked tail lamps, Audi Smartphone interface, exhaust trims in gloss black, door puddle projection lamps with Audi Logo in front and Quattro logo at rear, 20-inch cast aluminium alloy wheels with 5-spoke star design. Standard features on Q7 includes Matrix LED headlamps with dynamic indicators, electrically foldable mirrors with heated and memory function, panoramic sunroof, cruise control, leather spoke 4-spoke multi function steering wheel, Audi drive select, 4-way lumbar support, 4-Zone Deluxe Automatic Air Conditioning and much more.
The SUV takes its juice from a 3.0-litre motor that makes 250bhp power and 600Nm of torque and can sprint 0-100 km/hr in just 7.1 seconds.
