Hyundai Alcazar has been introduced in India and the SUV is available in 14 variant levels. The cabin options include both 6 and 7 seaters and also has a few notable elements of the Hyundai Creta. Take a look at the other features here.

Engine

The engine is available in petrol and diesel variants. The petrol engine is of the third-generation Nu 2.0-litre unit that produces 159PS of max output along with 191Nm of max torque. As for the diesel engine, it produces 115PS of max output along with 250Nm of max torque. The transmission choices available include six-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed automatic torque converter.

Interior

Hyundai Alcazar comes in both 6 and 7 seater options and it has two tip-and-tumble captain chairs placed in the centre row along with specialized armrests with cup holders. It also has a storage capacity and a wireless phone charging feature. The centre row of the Alcazar’s seven seats is a bench type which creates more space in the car. The 2nd Row has a sliding and reclining seat.

Safety features include 6 airbags, Surround View Monitor with 360° Camera, Blind View Monitor, Automatic Headlamps, ESC with VSM, Hill Start Assist Control, and Tyre Pressure Monitoring System.

Exterior

The car comes with a revised front grille and has redesigned bumpers along with tri-beam projector headlights and LED DRLs. The wraparound headlamps also stand out. The model has Increased rear overhangs that allow for third-row seating, other additional elements of this model include black side body cladding,silver-finished roof rails,blacked-out pillars, and also a shark fin antenna.

Price and variants

The drive modes of this car include Comfort, Eco, and Sport and the starting range is from Rs 16.30 lakh. It is available in options from Prestige, Platinum, and Signature.
