The British luxury car manufacturer, ‘Jaguar land rover’ is aiming to expand its locally manufactured cars in India; JLR has rolled out its Jaguar XJ petrol silently with not much fuss and promotion. JLR recently launched the Pune plant manufactured XJ 3.0L Diesel LWB which got the awe-inspiring response from the people across India; JLR has now tried its hands in Petrol version.
Price:
Jaguar XJ 2.0L Petrol launched in Mumbai, India which comes at the price tag of Rs. 93.75 lakhs ( Ex- showroom Delhi) which is lower than its counterparts Audi R8 and Mercedes S class carrying some Interior and exterior modifications.
Engine & Performance:
Jaguar’s 2.0L i4 Petrol engine which is capable of producing 237BHP power @5500rpm and 340nm@1700rpm of peak Torque.
The luxury saloon reaches 0-100 KM/H in 7.5 seconds with the top speed of 241 km/hr. Jaguar XJ possesses adaptive dynamic front and rear suspension. The 1999cc engine is mated with 8 speed automatic transmission and manages to give ARAI certified 9.4 KPL mileage.
Space & Dimensions:
The luxury saloon offers larger wheelbase of 3157mm and 5252mm length, 2105mm wide and 1457mm of height, in terms of height it is better than its rival Audi A8 and Mercedes S class. It offers larger boot space of 520 liters and turning radius of 6.1 meters.

Jaguar XJ is a luxury saloon so one can expect ultra luxurious features in the car like Twin 10.2 inch LCD screen for rear seat entertainment with Wireless headphones, Blue interior lighting in the cabin (Dashboard, central console), Aluminum finish A/C vents, Electrically adjusted seats with 5 way massage function and three position settings, rear seats are also equipped with 3 way massage function, Automatic four zone climate control.
