For giving its customers a monsoon present, Hyundai India has announced a free car check-up in this ongoing monsoon season. During this campaign, Hyundai is also said to provide additional maintenance services for its cars. This free monsoon camp will cover almost each and every city across country, as company said.
This camp has been started from 16th of June and will continue up to 30th August. In this camp, Hyundai customers can avail an extensive 22-point check at authorized Hyundai service centers. The free service during this check-up will include check up for oil level & leaks, steering, brakes, engine transmission, tyres pressure & conditions, windshield wiper blade, washer motor operation and clutch. It will also offer general cleaning & car wash. As an after sales service, this check-up will be provided to its customers free of cost.
Speaking on the campaign Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing, HMIL, said, “The Free Monsoon Check-up’ campaign is an initiative to build a strong bond with our valuable customers. The monsoon check-up camp is one of the service initiatives which Hyundai provides to its valued customers free of cost to ensure the safety of the vehicles during the monsoons. We are expecting to target our large customer base and we aim to provide them with the maximum benefit and services.”
Hyundai is one of the senior brands in India and also known for its low maintenance cost post buying but lately customers are reporting about its unsatisfactory after-sale services and probably, to make its customers happy, Hyundai India is taking this initiative. It surely will improve the company’s repo and also will be beneficial for Hyundai customers too as it’s very important to take care and do proper servicing of car during rainy season.
