In order to stay ahead of new Toyota Fortuner, the American carmaker Ford has updated with all new SYNC 3 tech in the top spec variants. As compared to Ford SYNC 2, new tech gets much faster touchscreen interface with support high resolution graphic, conventional voice recognition, Android auto, software updates via Wi-Fi, App link and Apple car play with Siri-Eyes free.
Additionally, users can also access their phonebook, music and messages via all new Ford SYNC 3. This new system also supports reverse parking camera with adaptive guidelines, climate control adjustment and Ford’s emergency assistance that automatically calls emergency services via paired phone in case of an accident.
The 2017 Ford Endeavour is available with two engines- 2.2l turbo diesel that makes 158bhp power and 385Nm of torque, mated with a six speed automatic and six speed manual gearbox. The bigger 3.2l turbo diesel can deliver 197bhp power and 470Nm torque. This is engine only available with a six speed automatic gearbox.
