Hyundai elite i20 marks its presence in Two engines i.e. Petrol & engine with 5 variants each, Named as ERA, MAGNA, SPORTZ, ASTA and SPORTZ OPTION. 1.2L kappa VTVT Petrol engine develops Max power of 81.86BHP with 115nm of torque and 1.4L U2 CRDi Diesel engine develops 88.77BHP of power with 220nm torque.
Petrol engine is mated with 5 speed manual transmission with fuel efficiency of 18.6 km/l; on the other side Diesel engine have 6 speed manual transmission with 22.54 km/l fuel efficiency. In terms of fuel efficiency it stands equally with Maruti swift but better than Polo and Punto EVO.

Slight lengthy Elite i20 is 3985mm long 45mm longer than its old model i20, 1734mm wide and 1505mm in height.
