Auto Expo News & Updates – Tata Motors to Showcase Falcon 5 Tata Manza CS & Falcon 4 Tata Bolt

Recently, two pages have been unveiled on a social networking site with the name of F4 and F5 respectively, which is officially confirming the news that company is going to steal the people’s attraction by the two new launches of a hatchback and a sedan as well at upcoming Auto Expo 2014.

While company is calling these two new models as Tata Falcon 4 (hatchback) and Tata Falcon 5 (sedan), the reports are also throwing signals that hatchback Falcon 4 would be named as ‘Bolt’ while Falcon 5 will be called as ‘Zest’ after the launch.

According to the pages unveiled on facebook, the Falcon 4 carries a tagline of “Never Miss a Thing” while the Falcon 5 is being promoted as “Raise the Bar”.

Though, it has been officially announced that these both cars will be unveiled on 3rd Feb 2014 but will also be present at Auto Expo 2014 to represent the Tata Motors.

1. Tata Falcon 4 aka Tata Bolt (hatchback)

It is being said this hatchback is based on the ongoing Tata Vista X1’s platform but with new and broad renovations n modifications and will be considered as an all-new car.

Price:

While the ex-showroom, Delhi’s price of Tata Vista is between 4.94-5.99 lakhs, this new Tata Falcon4 is expected to have the same price ranges with few ups and downs.

Engine details:

It is expected to be equipped with the Tata’s all new Revotron Family’s petrol engine unit which is a 1.2 liter Turbocharged MPFi petrol engine developing the 83.8bhp and140Nm as the max output.

Also, the diesel fuel will also mark its presence there as a 1.3 liter Multijet diesel engine.

Maruti Suzuki RitzHyundai i10Hyundai i20 and Skoda Fabia etc

2. Tata Falcon 5 aka Tata Zest (sedan)

This all new classy sedan is also built on platform of Tata’s Vista X1 and company has named it as Tata Zest.

Price:

Though, the exact price range could only be revealed by the launch but this sedan might be placed with price tags between 5.5-7.5 lakhs.

Engine details:

Like the Falcon 4, this model of Tata will also share the same 1.2 liter Turbocharged MPFi petrol engine of new Revotron family by producing the max power of 83.8bhp and peak torque of 140Nm.

Meanwhile, diesel engine would be same as Falcon 4’s too which is a 1.3 liter Multijet diesel engine.
