Deliveries of the new grade will commence later this month. The new variant will be based on top spec XVD premium grade and is priced between Rs. 13.75 lakh and Rs. 13.85 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The talking point is the 6-speed Easy R AMT gearbox, the same unit that also powers Renault Duster.
The Easy R AMT aka 6-speed advanced auto drive will be clubbed with a 1.5 DCi diesel engine that delivers 109bhp power along with 245Nm of peak torque; the engine is already available with a six speed manual gearbox. For added safety, the AMT grade gets hill assist control and electronic stability program (ESP) along with other already available features like dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and brake assist.
Besides AMT, the new trim comes with 14 new features like electrically adjustable ORVMs with integrated turn signals, anti-pinch driver side windows, new driver side central arm rest, soft touch plastics on door trim and dashboard.
