New Bolero looks muscular yet compact and going to be a sub 4 meter SUV which will a bit lighter car than the ongoing model. A while ago Mahindra has tied up with Korean car maker Ssang Yong to produce engines and new transmission technology. So in new Bolero we can expect new range of engines courtesy of Joint venture between the companies.

Under the hood, New Bolero will be getting new generation of engines with both petrol and diesel. Petrol mills will be turbocharged units developed by the joint venture while on diesel front it would get Quanto based three cylinder turbo diesel engine but with better refinement.

New Bolero will come in two different body lengths- one will be budgeted sub 4 meter version while another one will be a regular size variant. We expect Mahindra to Price new bolero aggressively and to take 7000 units monthly sales mark further up and to keep any fresh competition at bay.
