Hyundai’s 10th nationwide ‘Always around’ campaign launched

Hyundai India, country’s second largest carmaker has announced its 10th nationwide service project “Always around” campaign for its customers in the country. The new initiative commenced from 23rd August 2015 across which include a free 18 point check up for its current customers at their convenient locations across India.

The 18 point check up include services like oil top up, coolant check, free dry wash for the vehicle and meticulous assessment of the car. In addition, the designated team will be taking suggestions and feedbacks on the vehicle from the customers and their experience regarding after sale services. Moreover, customers can enjoy the test drive newly launched Creta which would be displayed at the camp venue.

The South Korean auto giant said that it will be covering approx 8000 locations by the end of 2015 and with a motto “You’re never far from us” Hyundai will try to cater its large customer base in the country. Around 10,000 vehicles across 470 locations nationwide were expected to attend the camp on the launch day.

Commenting on the campaign Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, HMIL, said, “The Hyundai ‘Always Around’ Campaign is an initiative to enhance the satisfaction levels of our customers. Our vision is to be the life time partner of our customers and we would like to offer premium Hyundai experience at all the touch points.”

The second largest car maker in India in terms of volume is riding high on the success of its newly launched cars like Elite i20 and compact SUV Creta. The former is the currently company’s bestselling car while Creta has already gathered over 30,000 confirmed bookings.
