Honda City gets new VX (O) variants in India at 10.64 Lakh

One of the hottest and fastest selling sedan in India, ‘Honda city’ gets a new trim called as VX (O) priced at Rs. 10.64 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) for petrol and Rs. 11.83 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) for Diesel variant. New variants will be positioned above the VX and become the new top variant in the product’s line-up.

The new VX (O) variants feature a touch screen audio visual navigation (AVN) system and come with a new white orchid pearling color shade.

The AVN system in new city features a 15.7cm touchscreen unit with satellite based voice guided navigation, DVD/CD playback, bluetooth, USB, AUX-in, FM/AM, POD, MP3 and rear camera display with guidelines.

A user can connect its Smartphone with the AVN system and can use functions on screen including dialing, address book, answering etc.

Powering the VX (O) variants will be the same 1.5L SOHC i-VTEC petrol and 1.5L DOHC i-DTEC diesel engines mated to a 5-speed and 6-speed manual gearboxes.

With the introduction of new variants the new Honda City is now available in 14 variants: E, S, SV, V, VX and VX (O) in petrol and diesel variants in manual transmissions while city is also available in automatic transmission in VX CVT and SV petrol variants.
