And here we come with one more brand who has settled itself with its models to showcase at upcoming Auto Expo 2014 which is going to be held between 6th Feb and 11th Feb. This brand is Fiat which has offered currently two models in India, one in sedan category while the other is in hatchback. Well, with this Auto Expo, while company is going to present the refreshed facelift version of its ongoing model Linea (sedan); a new AbarthPunto (hatchback) and one new hatchback model Bravo are also expected to be unveiled.

1. All new Fiat Bravo (hatchback)

Price:

Though, it’s a hatchback but company is planning to launch this with quite high price tags which will fall around 17-18 lakhs. It’s just a tentative price which could be change by the launch.

Engine details:

This hatchback is powered by the 1910cc, 4-cylinder Multi-jet diesel engine developing the max output of 150bhp and 305Nm mated with 6-speed manual transmission. The mileage figures might touch the 15 km/l value which is quite satisfactory but could be improved. Also, the MPFI petrol fuel might be equipped in this sporty Bravo.

Interior & Exterior:

It has a sporty glimpse which makes this car attractive. Also, it is expected to have the every requisite and premium quality features at inside, outside and safety as well to justify its high price range.

2. Fiat Linea facelift (sedan)

Price:

The exact price tag would be revealed by the launch only but it might share the same cost as ongoing model. The existing Linea sedan’s cost vary from 7.1 lakhs to 9.5 lakhs.

Engine details:

The facelift sedan has been spotted on the road many times while testing. It is cleared that company has not done any changes in its mechanical powers. It would carry the same engine fuels like its predecessor which are a 1.4 liter T-Jet petrol and 1.3 liter Multi-jet diesel engines. The average ARAI certified mileage of this ongoing sedan is 20.4 km/l (diesel) and 15.7 km/l (petrol).

Interior & Exterior:

As it’s a facelift model, its glimpse and inside equipments has been refined and improved a bit. By the revealed images of this facelift model, it seems to get a renovated front grille, modified bumper, new fog lamps, silver touches steering wheel, new AC vents and many more.

3. Fiat Abarth Punto (hatchback)

Price:

The price range is not confirmed yet but expected to have a quite high tag according to the hatchback category which is between 8.5-9.5 lakhs.

Engine details:

Well, as per the sources, now it has been confirmed somehow by the Fiat that not facelift Punto but Abarth Punto is coming to Auto Expo. It is one of the most awaited cars by Fiat which will carry the 1398cc, 1.4 liter T-Jet petrol engine developing 180bhp of high power, quite impressive. The engine is mated with a 6-speed manual transmission and has tendency to accelerate 0-100km/h in mere 7.2 seconds with the top speed of 205km/h.

Though, this info is tentative and might be changed by the launch.

Interior & Exterior:

It’s a model which has sporty glimpse. The front of the car looks classy with the enchanting headlamps, there’s a sleek grill at the end of bonnet holding the brand logo. And there’s a large elliptical grill below that bifurcated by rectangular piece of plastic running from 1 fog lamp to the other. The entire body has a high glossy finish. The interiors shall be similar to Fiat Linea, with decent upholstery comfy seats, roomy cabin and delighting music system with good sound quality. The car offers a ‘Sport Mode’ for those who want to enjoy that adrenaline rush via speed and speed.
