Audi Q3 1.4 TFSI petrol launched in India at Rs 32.20 lakh

Audi’s one of the bestselling models Q3 gets a new addition in the form of a petrol engine. Priced at Rs. 32.20 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), this is the first Audi Q car to get a petrol engine. The new derivative joins the existing range of 2017 Audi Q3 2.0 TDI FWD and Audi Q3 2.0 TDI Quattro diesel. Besides, Audi has launched A3 Cabriolet and A4 diesel in India this year. Bookings for the new petrol trim are now open at Audi’s dealership across the country.

2017 Audi Q3 is backed by a 1.4l four-cylinder TFSI petrol engine which develops 150bhp power and 250Nm of torque. Powering front wheels is a 6-speed S Tronic automatic transmission. The engine propels SUV to achieve 0-100km/hr speed in just 8.9 seconds and delivers an ARAI rated mileage of 16.9 Kmpl.

As for the design, 2017 Q3 sports a revised bumper with black coloured air dams, new LED headlamps with signature LED DRLs; five spoke 17 inches alloy wheels and LED tail lights. As for the features, it has LED interior lighting package, folding rear seat back, cruise control, centrally located touchscreen system with MMI interface, voice dialogue system and Audi music interface. It also features storage package, front-rear centre armrest, Inlays in Walnut Balsamic Brown, leather upholstery, passive speakers, 2 Zone Automatic Air Conditioner as standard.

The SUV is incorporated with active and passive safety features such as six airbags, Electronic stabilisation program (ESP), Hill-start assist (HSA), Hill descent assist (HDA) Electronic vehicle immobilisation device and reverse parking camera and Electromechanical parking brake.
