Mechanically Hyundai Verna will continue to be offered in 1.4L petrol and 1.6L diesel engine which are coupled to 5 and 6 speed manual transmission and it might get 6 speed automatic gearbox replacing 4 speed AT. Interiors of new Verna will be moreover same like dual tone dashboard, start/stop button etc but the central console could get 7 inch touchscreen infotainment system with satellite navigation system, apart from that interiors are almost similar as the current Verna.
